Tofu Salads for two

Ingredients

  • 350 g of Super Firm Tofu

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • your prefer mixed salads & cherry tomato

  • coarse black pepper

  • 1 table spoons of light soy sauce

  • steamed rice or bread, to serve


 

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl apart from Tofu, once the dressing is mixed evenly add Tofu and mix gently. Serve well with steam rice or bread.

Tip : Avoid pouring the dressing sauce on the Tofu, otherwise the a few pieces of Tofu absorb all the sauce and resulting some pieces of Tofu are salty ruin the taste of Tofu.
